Terms of Use
1. The service
AhaMind is a cognitive training and education application for iPhone. It offers games, assessments, and coaching designed to make daily practice enjoyable. The app is a training and education product. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it does not replace professional medical or psychological advice.
2. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use AhaMind on Apple devices you own or control, under the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services terms. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app beyond what the law allows.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Pro may be purchased as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, through in-app purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Prices may differ by region.
4. Health disclaimer
Metrics such as "brain age" are training signals computed for motivation and progress tracking. They are not clinical measurements, and results can be influenced by sleep, fatigue, and practice effects.
5. Your content
Your training data stays on your device under our Privacy Policy. If you choose to share a report card outside the app, that shared content is yours and yours alone.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AhaMind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.
